Universal Orlando has released all the final details of this years Halloween Horror Nights event. After teasing us for weeks, we must say we are impressed. This year they’re going all out with zombies, zombies and more zombies. We’ve got Resident Evil, The Walking Dead, Evil Dead, and Cabin In The Woods, which all are either about zombies or feature zombies. In addition, all the scare zones are themed to The Walking Dead. We think this will be a vast improvement over last years roaming hoards of scare actors, with the return of richly detailed set pieces. We can’t wait to visit this years event. Universal Orlando has unleashed its new advertising campaign for 2013, with the tagline “Vacation like you mean it.” It’s a great campaign that gets use excited for our next trip! We must mention our favourite ad campaign was the “Be courageous. Be Outrageous. Be Extraordinary” that debuted with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. As the holiday season is quickly approaching, Universal Orlando has released details of this year’s events for both parks. The ever popular Grinchmas will return to Islands of Adventure, as well as the Macy’s Holiday Parade at Universal Studios Florida.
The second worst kept secret in Orlando has been unveiled…Transformers: The Ride will be opening in Summer 2013 at Universal Orlando Resort. What an awesome addition to the resort! This year’s event will feature 7 brand new haunted houses, 3 of which are original and four of which are based off of existing properties.
